Delivery of Small Items across Australia

For delivery of small items, please enter your shipping address at the check-out page and the shipping cost will be calculated before confirmation and payment for your purchase.

For small items we will package and ship from our store in Melbourne within 10 business days. Shipping time will be based on Australia Post standard shipping, terms and conditions. Our Parcel Post package and handling costs range from $9.50 to $19.00 depending on product weight.

Delivery of Plants and Large Items across Melbourne

Delivery prices for Melbourne metropolitan area depend on distance from Fitzroy, size and weight of the product and costs range from $25 - $150 for 1 person delivery. Large items require a 2 person delivery with additional charge.

Prices above are for delivery to a ground floor address or building with lift. For difficult access such as flights of stairs or long walking distance from parking location an additional charge may be incurred. Please highlight access conditions in the notes section of the check-out page.

Payment will be required to top up the delivery charge for conditions which are not highlighted prior to purchase.

At delivery our nursery team can also setup and install at a cost of $70/hour. For booking please contact us after purchasing online.

Please note we can not guarantee delivery times, this may be due to availability and lead time of hand crafted items, control by external delivery partners and high demand at end of year shopping periods. We will keep you informed of an unexpected long delays in getting your purchase to you.
