If you open an account or buy a product from our store, we may collect the following types of information:

• Financial information - the full bank account numbers and/or credit card numbers that you give us when you by a product from our store.

• Process transactions and send notices about your transactions;
• Deliver targeted marketing, service update notices, and promotional offers based on your communication preferences

To process your order, we may share your name and shipping information with the person or company that will be delivering or installing your product. Unless you have agreed to it, these third parties are not allowed to use this information for any purpose other than to enable the service or delivery.

Returned Merchandise and Refund Policy
We only refund or exchange in compliance with the Australian Competition and Consumer Regulation.
We do not refund on change of mind. Please note some products are hand crafted from materials, which may vary in colour, texture or consistency from that of the products photographed. We do our best to ensure that all products shipped are of equal aesthetic value. Products for which these variations may occur are noted in the product description.
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can either return your order for a full refund or exchange it for something else. You can return or exchange your purchase for up to 7 days from the purchase date.
Returned or exchanged products must be in the condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging. Products must be returned to our store at 393 Brunswick Street, Fitzroy Victoria 3065 at the customers cost.
No refund will be given on any shipping costs. For items over $500 a restocking fee will be charged, please enquire as to the restocking fee for individual products.
An original sales receipt must be presented for refund or exchange to take place. We do not provide refunds on custom items or orders.
We ship to all Australian states unless quarantine conditions apply.
